Aquilam Apartments – Bent Glass Railings
Snuggly nestled upon a Sydney clifftop, Aquilam keeps watch over the South Pacific Ocean. Located in the northern most headland of Manly Beach in Queenscliff, this unique project takes full advantage of what TemperShield® bent glass railing & windows has to offer, providing uninterrupted views over Freshwater Beach and Sydney city.
Stunningly designed by SJB Architects, and built with perfection by Impero Constructions, Aquilam features some incredibly tight 220mm (8 5/8″) radiused windows… not too hard for Glasshape who was honored to digitally site measure and manufacture the bent laminated safety glass required for A Try Me Glass. Furthermore, Aquilam’s six rear balconies overlooking Freshwater Beach feature multiple bent toughened (tempered) safety glass balustrades which Glasshape was privileged to manufacture for Unique Frameless Balustrading.
Now completed, residents of these six luxurious apartments can make themselves at home in sun-soaked rooms with breathtaking 360 degree views, thanks to TemperShield® curved glazing by Glasshape.
